GNAC’s core competency is Internet operations management. We have the proven track record, the people, the skills, and processes. The GNAC E-AIM™ methodology will provide you with the best operations tools, the best staff, technical expertise, and fixed monthly operating costs. We take end-to-end responsibility for your site so you can put your management focus on your business. Your mission is to be a leader in your industry. We’ll help you get there. And more importantly, stay there. The GNAC E-AIM™ Methodology has four phases: Phase
GNAC will conduct a detailed investigation and analysis of our client’s existing infrastructure. The purpose of this phase is to determine what time and resources are needed to bring the client’s environment into a production ready state. Where appropriate, GNAC will propose implementation options and include details of the various trade-offs that may be associated with each option. Phase
This is a collaborative process to review all of the options and recommendations that will arise from Phase 1, the evaluation phase. In addition, GNAC will factor in the required timeline to complete the project(s) as well as how the client might prefer to apply resources to handle architecture level decisions, escalation issues, etc. The project team will also discuss in detail how the project(s) will fit within the client’s existing and future architecture. Phase
This phase begins once all of the implementation estimates presented in Phase 2 are mutually agreed upon. GNAC will continue to work closely with the client’s internal team to assist with configuring, installing and/or moving equipment, as necessary. Phase
Once the evaluation, design, development and implementation work is complete, and the site is documented and “production ready”, GNAC then undertakes all of the ongoing 24x7 operations management and support for the client’s production-grade environment. Some of the functions that GNAC may undertake might include:
